While not a native recipe of India, the Falooda is still loved by most of the population residing in the country. Cooking Time: 40 Mins

Ingredients:

Soaked Vermicelli 5-10 gm
Fruits Jelly 2-3 tbsp
Soaked Basil / Sabja Seeds 1 tbsp
MAS Rose Drink mix 50-70 ml
Vanilla Ice Cream 1 scoop
Rolled dry fruits As per taste
Rose Syrup 2-3 tbsp

Method:

  1. Mix the MAS Rose Drink Mix in milk and heat it, then add vermicelli. Stir for 5 minutes on low flame.
  2. Let it cool to room temperature.
  3. In a bowl take 1 tbsp of basil/sabja seeds and add 1/2 cup of water to it. Once the seeds have expanded keep it aside.
  4. First, add 1 tbsp of rose syrup as the first layer, then add cut piece of rose jelly.
    Follow it with 1 tbsp of soaked basil/sabja seeds.
    Next, add 1-2 tbsp of cooked vermicelli in MAS Rose Drink Mix.
    Add 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream and top it off with dry fruits & rose syrup.
