Ingredients:

Refined Wheat Flour 1 cup
Sugar 1/4 cup
Salt 1/4 tsp
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Baking Soda 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1/4 cup
Milk Powder 25 gm
MAS Almond Drink Mix 50 gm
Oil 1/4 cup
Curd 1/4 cup
Milk 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Sift dry ingredients (Flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda, milk powder, MAS Almond Drink Mix) and keep aside.
  2. Mix the milk, oil & curd with the dry ingredients to make a smooth batter. Spoon the batter into greased moulds.
  3. Bake the cake for 20 minutes at 170 to 190-degree centigrade in a preheated oven until a skewer inserted in the centre comes clean.
  4. Cool on a wire rack. Garnish with almond flakes.
