A treat for all Meetha Paan lovers is the “Rose Paan Kulfi” we bring to you today! Made with milk, sugar, rose, and betel leaves, this decadent frozen Indian dessert is ideal for any Indian celebration, like Holi and Diwali. And, it’s going to be a fabulous treat for all those who love the flavour of Paan! This mouth-watering Rose Paan Kulfi will simply melt in your mouth, and leave behind a flavourful burst, a cooling sensation, and a feeling of refreshment.
The Kulfi is India’s contribution to the world of ice cream, which, in a remarkable development, is even denser and creamier than any other commercially available ice cream. And this Rose Paan Kulfi is a delicious and nutritious take on this classic Indian treat. After all, betel leaves, also known as Paan, have many health advantages, including supporting digestion, lowering acidity, getting rid of bad odour, treating headaches, and building stronger bones.
Although the Rose Paan Kulfi won’t be as healthy as consuming raw betel leaves, adding it to your dessert menu won’t hurt you, will it? And, when you’re looking to make it even tastier, you can always use MAS Rose Drink Mix to make your kulfi, to bring fragrance and flavour to every spoon!
